First impression is it's very American but I suppose it is only to be expected given it's being published in America. The use of equipment referenced to specific trails in the USA is excellent.
First thought is if it were to be published in the UK or Europe then it would be good to replace the equipment references to US trails with examples relevant to high profile routes in Europe
